Here's what we're looking for
We're hiring a Marketing & Content Intern to join our team at Talendary, where we're redefining recruitment with AI. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real experience alongside their studies — roughly 10–20 hours per week with flexible hours. We expect it to ebb and flow: less during exam periods, more when things are calmer.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are willing to roll up your sleeves, and want a real look at startup life, we want to hear from you.
What you will do:
Run our marketing channels, mainly LinkedIn and our blog, and make sure content actually happens: created, published, and getting traction
Create the content yourself, both graphics and copy. You'll have Figma, Canva and any AI tools you want to explore
Use analytics to work out what lands and what doesn't, then adjust
Ghostwrite for our C-level team
What we are looking for:
Currently in your 3rd–5th year of a business, economics, engineering or marketing degree
Experience in marketing or content creation (internship, part-time job, or student association work)
Fluent in English and Swedish
Based in Stockholm
Ability to take ownership and lead yourself
